I really don't get why so much of the bondage art on here is of underage anime characters. I just don't.

There are plenty of OCs and characters above 18 to draw, why is the focus on characters who are 16 to 12...

Maybe the ages aren't clear, but just as a brief thing, Haruhi is not 18, Kagome is not 18, none of the main girls form pokemon are 18, Naruto characters start off as 12 year olds, the list goes on and on and on...

The Tickling Media Forum, one of the most prominent sites on the web in this genre agrees with this position, and have fought against underage art as well. I'm not alone in this.

There are some fantastic artists on DA, I just don't know why the bondage community is filled to the brim with underage art. To like Bondage does not mean one favors going below the jailbait line. I can't say that strongly enough. Bondage may be a out of the mainstream fandom, but it is not in favor of breaking the law.

I don't think I'm preaching too much on this. Thus I will support fully artists who keep it above the line and that's why I'm back.

I'm not against free speech or free expression and I understand there is a debate over how DiD intertwines with Bondage, but I'm just saying, doesn't the issue go away if the characters drawn aren't below 18?

I realize what this situation is a battle between legality and freedom of thought and where should the line be drawn?

Is tying automatically of a sexual nature. No of course not.
Is a lot of tying of a sexual nature. Yes.

What happens when the nonsexual mixes with the sexual? Therein lies the dilemma.
